
1.INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 tablespoons oregano ground or leaves
1 tablespoon parsley dried
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons salt or substitute
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon basil dried
1/4 teaspoon thyme dried, ground
1/2 teaspoon celery dried leaves or flakes
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all ingredients together and store in an air-tight container
Italian Salad Dressing
Mix 2 tbsp of this mix with 1/4 cup vinegar, two tbs water, and 1/2 to 2/3 cup olive oil or canola oil.
Shake before using.

⅓ cup white wine vinegar
¾ cup vegetable oil
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, stirring until evenly distributed.
Pour into a ¼ cup container with a tight-fitting lid or wrap airtight in heavy-duty foil.
Seal container. Label with date and contents.
Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 6 months.
Makes 1 package or about 4 tablespoons Italian Dressing Mix.
ITALIAN SALAD DRESSING:
In a small bowl, jar or salad dressing cruet, combine Italian Salad Dressing Mix, vinegar and oil.
Stir or shake until blended.
Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.

Step 1

9. 1 T Salt (I used Iodized Sea Salt)

11. 1/2 C Cajun Seasoning
Dressing:
1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar (original recipe called for white wine vinegar)
2/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 T Water
2 T mixed spice (above spice mix)
INSTRUCTIONS
HOW TO MAKE ZESTY ITALIAN DRESSING MIX (DRY):
Layer all of the ingredients into a pint sized jar (may be a good idea to use a wide mouth jar…I struggled to keep the mess contained w/the regular mouth jar).
Put a lid on and shake your little heart out (it condenses quite a bit when mixed, otherwise it would fill the jar nearly completely).
HOW TO MAKE ZESTY ITALIAN DRESSING (WET):
Place ingredients in a blender and mix well.
Store in an airtight container for up to one week in the refrigerator.
